Report a reply: long-press the reply, or tap "⋯" next to it, then Report reply and pick a reason. Only that reply, the character's number and the reason are sent, never your own messages.
Stop seeing a character: in the same menu, choose "Don't show <name> again". Settings > Your data can show hidden characters again.
Delete your conversations: Settings > Forget this conversation, or Delete all conversations. Deleting the app removes everything it stored.
Stop sharing with the AI: Settings > Stop sharing with AI. Chat stays off until you agree again.
Chat says it is busy: the souls share a limited amount of AI time. Wait a few seconds and try again.
